| The Mancos Water Conservancy District was organized January 6, 1941 pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes The governing body of the Mancos Water Conservancy District and the Mancos Water Conservancy District - Water Activity Enterprise shall be the Board of Directors, hereafter referred to as the "Board".
